A-OK TALK is a 1 hour training designed to start a conversation around suicide prevention, mental wellness and what helper roles people ​can engage in, to help keep their communities, organisations, workplaces, schools and sports teams safe from suicide.​ Suicide is a community health problem that requires a community approach.
This is a safe and informative introduction to suicide prevention & mental wellness.

Learning goals and objectives

We provide an extensive 2-hour awareness program that integrates ScopeTalk and A-OK Aware, focusing on suicide prevention, access to support resources, identifying personal distress signals, and effective distress management for you or your team.

This will be available on the same day Checkmate is introduced to your area.

Create a full day of training by booking all three sessions or just the 2-hour awareness combo. The combined awareness training is scheduled immediately after Checkmate, from
1 PM to 3 PM.
